Travel

I can't say this enough but got out of your comfort zone and experience life.

Small Towns

The adventure is also about visiting the little things like small towns and the uniqueness of the little towns.

Nature Heals

There is something to be said about the vibration & frequency of nature. The birds, crickets and leaves whispering during the day and the night.

Challenge Yourself

The Colorado Trail was a great experience and adventure but i only lasted 2 weeks carrying 90 pds on my pack the altitude sickness got to me and had to call it quits in Silverton, Colorado.
